The RMSGOV Utility App is the mobile companion to the RMS 3.0 desktop application. The limited mobile version is designed to support field reporting for
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers government users with the ability to upload media and other resources to the desktop application while out in the field. First time users
must pair a device with their RMS 3.0 desktop application prior to use. Future development and additional functionality are planned for the RMS 3.0 mobile
application.
