「ヒーローなんて、かっこいいもんじゃない」
約1世紀前、隕石と共に現れた喰核生命体（しょっかくせいめいたい）「イーター」。
星の命を喰らう敵の侵攻によって、地球は大きな被害を受けた。
地球はその絶望に対抗するため、特殊な「血性」を持つ少年たちを生んだ。
誓いを胸にして、力を手に入れた少年たちは、やがて「ヒーロー」と呼ばれるようになった。
ヒーローの管理を行う「ALIVE」に所属する「指揮官」であるあなたは、
地球の運命を脅かす敵と戦うため、「5つのヒーロー校」に通うヒーローたちをまとめ、導くことになる……。
