Aplicativo destinado aos pacientes do Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina USP, onde os pacientes irão ter acesso a diversas funcionalidades
como:
• Abracatraca;
• Visualizar resultados;
• Impressão de laudos;
• Visualizar exames de imagem;
• Visualizar agendamentos disponíveis;
• Impressão da filipeta de agendamento;
• Impressão do preparo de exames;
• Compartilhe seus laudos facilmente;
• Solicite o reagendamento de consultas e/ou exames*;
entre outras funcionalidades.
* REGRAS PARA O REAGENDAMENTO:
1. As solicitações de reagendamento estão disponíveis apenas para os institutos ICHC e IOT
2. Adiar consultas e/ou exames que ainda não ocorreram:
Solicitar pelo menos 2 DIAS antes da data da consulta agendada.
Se tiver exame de laboratório, pode reagendar também.
Seu médico vai avaliar e se for possível, sua receita será revalidada no sistema HC.
3. Em caso de FALTA nos últimos 6 meses:
O sistema não permite reagendamento se teve uma falta seguida da outra.
ATENÇÃO: neste caso, NÃO é possível pedir revalidação de receita.
4. As consultas serão reagendadas conforme disponibilidade de vagas do serviço.
Vantagens:
- Não precisa vir ao HC;
- Recebe SMS para verificar nova data no Portal do Paciente;
- Não pega filas pois tem acesso nas catracas com a filipeta antiga e se não faltou: poderá ter sua receita revalidada e receber o medicamento em casa se for cadastrado no
PMC(Programa Medicamento em Casa).

Application intended for patients at Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina USP, where patients will have access to several features such as:

* RULES FOR RESCHEDULE:
1. Rescheduling requests are only available for ICHC and IOT institutes
2. Postpone appointments and/or exams that have not yet taken place:
Request at least 2 DAYS before the scheduled appointment date.
If you have a lab exam, you can reschedule too.
Your doctor will evaluate and if possible, your prescription will be revalidated in the HC system.
3. In case of ABSENCE in the last 6 months:
The system does not allow rescheduling if you had one absence after another.
ATTENTION: in this case, it is NOT possible to request a prescription revalidation.
4. Appointments will be rescheduled according to the availability of service spaces.
Benefits:
- No need to come to the HC;
- Receive SMS to check new date on the Patient Portal;
- You don't have to queue because you have access to the turnstiles with the old flyer and if you didn't miss it: you can have your prescription revalidated and receive the
medicine at home if you are registered in the PMC (Home Medicine Program).
