Bab Al-Hara is a Syrian social drama series, one of the most prominent Arab series. It takes place in the twenties of the twentieth century. The “first part” of it was produced
in 2006, “the second part” in 2007, “the third part” in 2008, “the fourth part” in 2009 and “the fifth part” in 2010. Directed by Bassam Al Mulla
The idea of filming Punishment was repeated again after a hiatus of four years, so the series returned to the screen again in Ramadan 2014 in its “sixth part”, in Ramadan 2015
